By focusing on the idea, your team handles everything from pre-project, to brief writing, to project initiation, monitoring, and management to ensure everything we do is more than just copy and design and has a real impact on the success of your business. On average, every project starts with an idea phase of 3 initial concepts that are completed in 2 weeks or less. However, more complex projects may take longer.
No worries! You can choose the STARTER tier when you sign up so we can match you with an in-house team that will work with you to scope and manage your project. When the project is complete, just pause or cancel your membership until you have ongoing needs.
The Kobase client dashboard is your hub for all things marketing. Once you log in you'll be able to initiate project requests, track the status of a project, schedule project reviews, message your Kobase team, provide feedback, and upload or download assets directly from the dashboard.

The creatives that we accept into our network go through an extensive vetting process. They've launched anything from consumer products to state-of-the-art cancer therapies. But above all, they're highly creative individuals with years of experience building, launching, and growing brands.
Due to the standards Kobase holds itself to and your involvement throughout the lifecycle of the project, it's highly unlikely you won't be happy with the finished product. However, if you would like a refund for your project please let us know before the project is completed. Once final assets are delivered, there will be no refunds issued.
